Have Fun & Connect! 

⧫Go old school.  Bingo, time capsules,  board games, trivia, jokes, backyard games, fairy  & toad houses.  Fun and feel good family activities that boost serotonin.  
Get the Serotonin flowin…helps regulate mood, appetite, social behavior, sleep, and memory function.  Better mood = better connection at home and work. 
We all know the obvious, exercise, nutrition, sleep, meditation, gratitude. But keep it simple.  Start with a  family activity and get creative.       
Mindful Minute Challenge-Find a place to go, sit comfortably, focus on one thing without shifting to distraction (self or others) Focus on Breathing, Sensations in your muscles, your heartbeat, or temperature.  If you wander it's ok, focus back.

What you need:
Sticks
Rocks
Pine needles
Bark
Leaves
Branches
Wood
Moss 

Hint:  use recyclables as a base and cover with things from nature
